Straight out the best customer service as well as workmanship. Took my 2017 F150 in for the gas/diesel issues from Kinf Soopers. They ran my truck on the computer and knew exactly what was wrong with it. A few minutes later. Josh gives us a call and tell us the truck will be ready the same day. Like what the what even on a Saturday. That’s like a sham wow moment. You guys earned my best business forever. Seriously true life savers as we use our truck for business and Josh and his team literally saved the day. Truly a true mechanic shop that cares for you and your vehicles

What can I say? I appreciate an honest mechanic. I brought my car in for an oil change after not being able to remove my drain plug while trying to change the oil myself. This was the first oil change since purchasing this car from a dealership so I assumed they had simply overtightened the plug. Unfortunately, after getting the car to the shop and getting it lifted they were only able to partially back the plug out and it became clear that likely the bolt had probably been crossthreaded when it was installed and then forced in and was completely stuck. The only solution would be to fully replace the drain pan. Through this whole process Jay was fantastic. He was completely straightforward with me, showed me the progress and problem with my vehicle so I could understand the issue, gave me an honest price for the parts and repair, and ensured I had my vehicle back by the end of the day. Despite the unpleasant surprise of a larger than expected repair, Pride Auto, and Jay especially, made sure to take care of me. Thanks Pride Auto, I'll be sure to be back for my future vehicle care needs.

I work for an auto body shop in Lakewood. We had a customer in Kiowa that we were en route to deliver when the check engine light came on. Already being halfway there, we pulled into Pride and asked for help in assessing and clearing the code if possible. Dylan and the team at Pride got us taken care of in less than five minutes from the moment that we walked in the door. This may seem like a small thing, but to us it is nice to know that the fraternity of body shops has our back as we'll have theirs if ever needed.

Pride is the best. I’ve been working with Jay for help with our Jeep and he has been excellent every step of the way. This shop is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough in their work and diagnostics testing. I will definitely be back whenever our ‘96 Jeep decides it wants to quit working again.

If I could leave a 6 star review, I absolutely would! After my previous plans for a PPI fell through (their business became literally unreachable!) and with the return window on the car I had just purchased expiring later in the day, I panicked and called about 5 other stores until I found Pride Auto Care who were able to squeeze me in during the afternoon. They paid for my Lyft back home while they ran through the PPI. Unfortunately their systems were down, so they comped the entire cost of the PPI, but still took time out of their day to bring me to the back and show me the car on the lift, talk through what they looked at, and answer any questions I had. What turned into a stressful morning became a smooth afternoon thanks to Pride Auto Care, I could not have asked for a better experience. I will 100% be coming back here for other services in the future!
