Li take all my vehicles there

These guys are great. Been bringing my vehicle there since moving to Parker in 2022. Had a big engine issue that a Ford dealership said was going to cost 10,000. I brought the vehicle here and they fixed it in a few days for half the price.

I was in town from Arizona when I realized there was a puddle of oil under my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I called the Dry Creek Rd location, in Centennial, CO who got me in immediately. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it back up and running before they closed that day. Apparently the oil cooler is a known issue. Great service! I hope I have a Pride location close to home!

Today I went to Pride Auto for a diagnostic check because my car was hesitating at start-up and the warning lights were staying on. I have never been treated with such respect and care. My husband recently passed away, and I truly did not know what to do or where to begin. From the moment I arrived, they were considerate, patient, and understanding. I felt genuinely supported, as if they had taken me under their wing during a very difficult time. They addressed my concerns promptly, clearly explained everything, and fixed the issue. I will be trusting Pride Auto with my car from this point forward and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Service manager is named Edward as well, and he did a stand ip job.very professional.

Vinny gave me so much knowledge about what's going wrong in my Fiat 500 Sport. I'm so grateful and can't wait to start actually regaining recovery on my vehicle. Small steps but will definitely be returning.

I trust Pride Auto Care with our cars. They don't use over complicated terms when explaining issues, never talk down if I don't understand a term, and don't pressure me to have services completed if I decline. They are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely re recommend them!

As a business owner these guys are professional and I would definitely recommend this place to all who want quality work at a fair price no bullshit...the shop is clean and organized..as a man who wrenches this speaks volumes

Hearing not just my situation but other customers that came in amd out, they are very knowledgeable, thorough and up front. Very polite, respectful and well priced. And they are open on Saturday which is a bonus when it comes to auto mechanics

Straight out the best customer service as well as workmanship. Took my 2017 F150 in for the gas/diesel issues from Kinf Soopers. They ran my truck on the computer and knew exactly what was wrong with it. A few minutes later. Josh gives us a call and tell us the truck will be ready the same day. Like what the what even on a Saturday. That’s like a sham wow moment. You guys earned my best business forever. Seriously true life savers as we use our truck for business and Josh and his team literally saved the day. Truly a true mechanic shop that cares for you and your vehicles

What can I say? I appreciate an honest mechanic. I brought my car in for an oil change after not being able to remove my drain plug while trying to change the oil myself. This was the first oil change since purchasing this car from a dealership so I assumed they had simply overtightened the plug. Unfortunately, after getting the car to the shop and getting it lifted they were only able to partially back the plug out and it became clear that likely the bolt had probably been crossthreaded when it was installed and then forced in and was completely stuck. The only solution would be to fully replace the drain pan. Through this whole process Jay was fantastic. He was completely straightforward with me, showed me the progress and problem with my vehicle so I could understand the issue, gave me an honest price for the parts and repair, and ensured I had my vehicle back by the end of the day. Despite the unpleasant surprise of a larger than expected repair, Pride Auto, and Jay especially, made sure to take care of me. Thanks Pride Auto, I'll be sure to be back for my future vehicle care needs.

My little Prius died on me and I wasn’t able to jump it, called ahead and Jay was so helpful and reassuring I would get in and handled quick! Was able to have my car back on the road within a day of being checked in. Great pricing and even better service, thank you!
