We’re in from out of town for a horse show and had an emergency with the DEF line in my F350 dually. Josh got me in immediately. The Ford dealerships couldn’t fit me in until next week, well after when we are supposed to haul a bunch of horses and kids back to Texas. Josh was so professional and accommodating. He offered same day service! I’m so relieved. Thank you Pride Diesel! If I lived here, this would be my auto shop.

Kelly the receptionist (and really knowledgeable about cars) was so helpful. Alex the technician was a pro and did a very thorough analysis. I appreciated that he gave me his thoughts on what the problem might be, but that a technician would do a thorough assessment to confirm. Great communication through the entire process.
